涂装前处理喷嘴
涂装前处理的主要作用是：除掉涂装物件表面的油脂、锈斑、污垢及氧化物等，将被涂工件表面材质软化，改变工件表面本身的结构，增强油漆的着附力。我们这里要介绍的前处理方式为喷淋式前处理。喷淋式前处理的方式主要是将卡扣式喷嘴连接在PUV管径中，喷头喷嘴，进行大礼品连续作业，是涂装前处理常用的方式。
涂装前处理工艺第一步为：脱脂：脱脂由5道工艺完成，热水洗、预脱脂、主脱脂、热水洗、冷水洗。这5道工序都会用到夹扣喷嘴。前处理中磷化是第三部工序，磷化的目的是增强喷涂液体的着附性，提高涂膜的耐腐蚀性。完整的磷化工艺是：表调、磷化、循环去离子水洗、新鲜去离子水洗。有些非常重要的环节。
在前处理（磷化）工艺中汽车车身磷化工艺需要用到夹扣扇形喷嘴、自行车前处理中也会用到磷化工艺。
喷嘴应用于：脱脂、除锈、水洗、表调、磷化的液压一般为0.3-2.0Bar.
