塑料光亮剂

本品在加工中能提高熔体的加工流动性，降低螺杆加工扭力，降低加工电流，提高挤出速度，提高无机物在体系中的分散性,提高熔体强度，改善熔体破裂,提高充模和脱模效果。推荐用于压延、注射、挤出的塑料生产及造粒工艺，以提高制品表面光洁度、光亮度和表面柔滑度，改善外观品质。

产品特性：

1、良好的内外润滑性和表面光亮性，相容性适中、热稳定性良好、成膜性好，亮度维持时间长久，可提高色母料的鲜艳度和光亮度，并不影响最终产品的物理性质；

2、良好防粘性，脱模性好；

3、对颜料、填料具有良好的分散性；

4、具有高熔点和在熔融体中低粘度的独特性质及很好的迁移性；

5、用于塑料回料造粒中，加入本光亮剂后能明显提高颗粒产品档次、并增加产品的抗裂强度(能降低因填料引起的脆性)、同时对再生过程引起色深或色黄有一定的改善；

6、对高压聚乙烯回料再生中的粘度增大问题有相当的改善；其在塑料加工中增亮功能明显且成膜，亮度维持时间长久。

具体指标：

本产品复合袋包装，运输时应防止日光直射和雨淋，建议存放在避光和干燥通风处。

2.Good anti adhesive and molding release;

3.Good dispersibility for paints and fillers;

4.Having a high melting point and a low melt viscosity matched with good migratory property;

5.For recycle plastic granulation: it can significantly improve the grade of the granulated products and increase the cracking resistance (can reduce the embitterment caused by filler), at the same time improve color depth or yellow in the recycling process.

6.Highly improve the viscosity increases problem in the regeneration of recycled PE materials; obviously improve the durable brightness in the processing of plastic and good forming performance.
