APPLICATION

◆MEC 210为用于金属切削加工的水溶性乳化切削油，适用于各种普通切削加工。

◆MEC 210 is a fully formulated soluble oil designed to provide good performance in a wide range of general machining operations。

◆MEC 810适用于重负荷强力切削加工，包括从轻至重负荷之车、磨、铣、刨、钻、锯、攻丝及拉削等均可选用。对不锈钢、合金钢等难加工材料更为合适。

◆MEC 810 suitable for various cutting of heavy duty, including turning, grinding, milling, planning and drilling, especially can be used for light to heavy duty of ferrous metals。Hard machining material like stainless steel and alloy steel。

使用说明

EXPLAIN FOR USE

◆按如下比例用水稀释后使用：

◆Dilute by water as following ratio for used：

√车、钻、弓锯削、铣削                     1：20

√Cutting, drilling, milling, bow sawing           1：20

√带锯机锯削、攻丝、拉削                  1：10

√Band sawing, screwing, drawing              1：10

√磨削                                   1：25-30

√Grinding                                 1：25-30
