APPLICATION

◆  应用于纺织、印染、造纸、制药、化工、五金、塑料、木材加工等行业之各种普通热传递系统。

◆Widely used as heat transfer oil in textile、 printing、 dyeing、 paper、 chemical、 rubber、 plastic and wood process。

◆  应用于封闭式及敞开式热传递系统，整体油温最高可达300℃，与热源接触界面温度最高可达320℃。

◆Used as a heat transfer fluid for closed or open systems with a bulk temperature of 300℃ maximum and a skin temperature of 320℃ maximum。

◆  应用于敞开式热传递系统，油品与空气接触界面的温度最高不得超过160℃。

◆Heat transfer fluid for open systems, the temperature at spots exposed to air should not exceed 160℃。

特 性

SPECIAL PROPERTIES

◆良好的热稳定性及抗氧化性。采用高度精炼的矿物油及优选之特殊添加剂制成，能有效地抑制油品的氧化及热裂解，避免产生油泥及积碳而影响传热效率。

◆Premium thermal stability, hence avoiding the formation of oxidation slugs which may affect efficient heat-transfer。

◆闪点高，挥发性低。避免在泵内产生蒸汽和形成气塞，减低封闭循环系统内的压力，保证热传递系统的安全操作。

◆Low volatility and high flash point helps to eliminate vapor lock in circulating pumps and prevent the building of excessive pressure in closed systems insure safe operation of heat-transfer systems。

◆良好的热传递效能，具有高比热、高传热率及适当的粘度，可迅速而高效地传递热量。

◆Excellent heat-transfer efficiently。High specific heat and thermal conductivily coupled with a suitable viscosity enable it to conduct and distribute large amount of heat efficiently。

◆TH 605热传导油由矿物油组成，与其他类型的热媒体相比，对环境无毒害，安全可靠。
