钛白粉R-248属于金红石型钛白粉。钛白粉R-248是具有蓝相高、易分散、高耐候性、高遮盖力、低吸油量、良好体系相容性、优异加工流变性等特性，是一种偏油性的、高品质的塑料专用钛白粉。钛白粉R-248可广泛用于聚烯烃、PVC、ABS、PS等色母粒、型材、板材、管材中，钛白粉R-248也可用于制皮革色浆、油性涂料等。
的蓝色底相：钛白粉R-248的平均粒子大小接近于钛白粉理论最佳粒径，小粒径的TiO2比大粒径更能有效的散射蓝光，因此钛白粉R-248具有更蓝的底相和优良的白度。
